Jr Smith is scoring all his points on difficult step-back contested jumpers too..
Cleveland
Not Atlanta
How is he the GOAT?
MJ
Kareem/Tim
Kareem/Tim
Magic
Bird
Dream
Shaq
In no particular order, maybe you could argue against Dream. Lebron is in top 10 though no doubt.
Jr Smith is scoring all his points on difficult step-back contested jumpers too..
He needs to stop cruising through the regular season and pad his resume. He's still good enough to add more MVPs and All-Defense selections to it.
Lebron doesn't need a dominant big like Shaq or Pau, he just needs to be surrounded with shooters, and Cleveland has plenty of shooters. What he needs is another wing that can create his own shot(Wade in Miami, which he has in Irving, Kyrie, and sometimes shump. The team may be built differently than your conventional team, but it's perfect for lebron.
Many people forget how streaky JR is tbh, he's either missing or having everything go in.
Kyrie is garbage in playoffs.. typical regular season dogcrap like Harden and others
lebron has been bullying his coaches for 11 years, unless it's Phil or Pop coaching him, he's not going to listen to them.
Right back in it but they need stops. Jr smith is just hot and hitting awful shots on isolations.
You're proving my point..all you need for Lebron to get you to the Finals is shooters(makes average players like Shumpert and James Jones look decent) and defenders around him..
Outside of Duncan in '03 and Hakeem in '94 and Lebron in '13, every other player on the all-time lists needed another superstar next to them, some of them(Magic, Bird) needing completely loaded teams..even Dad Killer needed arguably the greatest perimeter defender and one of the 3-5 best passing forwards of all-time next to him..
Much easier to build a team when all you need is shooters and defenders(which this Cavs team doesn't have, their perimeter defenders are average, at best) around your star(same way Spurs built their team in 2003)..
Smith has always been a streaky player. He's the type of player you love and hate if you are the opposing team. You hate playing against him when he has nights like tonight but then you love playing against him when he shoots 2-19.
If JR Smith wasn't a good basketball player would you agree with me if I say that he'd be in jail right now?
Kobe is very lucky tbh
Wait for 10 years
Absolutely no chance against the Cavs. I bet on team to advance with my sports book. The sweet smell of cash
He was acquitted. But yeah he was VERY lucky he evaded any jail time.
This game doesn't really mean much, it was virtually even until JR Smith went off, tbh..people will overreact, though..
The Hawks could really use Thabo right now for this small ball lineup Cle is using
Non-issue for the Cavs.
Spurs East
