he did kill Dane Cook in Mr. Brooks. Robin Hood was godawful
Top 5 Costner movies imo:
1. The Untouchables
2. Dances With Wolves
3. Field Of Dreams
4. No Way Out
5. Open Range
Honorable mentions: Fandango, JFK

I don't think he's a bad actor, he's an okay actor who has made movies that would be ty no matter who was in them.
The Untouchables is one of my favorite films. But I was going to bring up your 2 mentions too lol. I really love Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, it's so cartoony in the style of The Untouchables. And Mr Brooks is surprisingly creepy. 3000 Miles to Graceland is not bad, and it has Kurt Russell who is good that cartoony stuff. Field of Dreams is one of the biggest snoozefests I've ever seen
I think he is a bad actor…Very wooden same Midwestern accent no matter what character he is playing…He was pretty good in The Bodyguard and Silverado…
And yet people all over the world came to see the field & play catch there…
He was good in Mr. Brooks and also quite decent in Draft Day.
Draft Day was entertaining even though the premise was ridiculous.
Bull Durham was solid but Tim Robbins was better than Costner.
Tin Cup blew imo
I didn't regret watching three days to kill on Netflix
Robin Hood was good. Again, his was the worst performance in the movie. Alan Ricckmn could have carried that by himself as good as he was. LOL. I thought the same about 3000 Miles. Not bad at all. Had a good score and soundtrack that fi the movie.
Sean Connery, Andy Garcia, and Robert De Niro carried the film (The Untouchables). Costner was background fodder to be honest.
Has he ever played the villain?
Anti-hero in The Gunrunner
Mr. Brooks
Every time he is the lead actor.
Ya. Tom Cruise did a few bad guy roles recently which is admirable. Will Smith is going down the same path of Costner
Except Will Smith never made a re-watchable movie. I don't think...
I checked his filmography, the last time I've watched him is Hitch
Same. LOL.
I liked Tin Cup.
I like his baseball movies, but everything else other than Tin Cup was .
