UT will be scary in the Big 12/NCAA tournament tbh. They can beat anybody when they're truly engaged.
They can, but not enough talent for a deep run. Lack bigs (Ibeh in foul trouble is a real problem) and the shooting forwards we had in the past.
We can also lose to mediocre teams imo.
The real fun of this season is how we can stay in games even if we are not playing well. With Barnes, we would give up and get blown out of the tub. And, it was horrible basketball. This season has been fun to watch because we have improved so much.
Hopefully they can get Ridley back. Smart has said early March. Any minutes he can give will be huge.
Would be great but Im sure the team is not counting on him to make it back. 10-15 mpg from him would be huge though....
I'm not comfortable with him coming back at all. Basketball history is littered with players who came back too soon from foot breaks. Cam's got a professional career ahead of him. I'd hate to see it derailed by re-injury.

Here is were we get in trouble. Both Ibeh and Shaq with 3 fouls.
No bigs left but Lammert.
Ibeh fouls out with 4 minutes left up by 1.

Big depth is hurting us.
No inside game and TCU has 4 total fouls in the 2nd half with 3 minutes left.
We somehow win away with our bigs riddled with diseases.
No "FRKN WAY" Barnes wins that game.

In a roundabout way, Tech need the Horns to win out
Definitely needed UT to beat K State.
