Thunder lost by double digits to a team that starts Delon Wright, Tyler Dorsey, Justin Holiday, Bruno Cabolco, and Jonas Valanciunas and they all combined to score 98 points against them. Pathetic effort by them.

D'Angelo Russell is so much better than anyone on the LAL roster other than LeBron it's hilarious.

Brooklyn-Portland kind of nuts down the line. Russell is sucking and the Nets are coughing up a ten point lead, have the ball with 3.5 left with a tie game. Brooklyn has some clutch players, though.

Nurk down. Haven't seen the replay yet; they're comparing it to Shaun Livingston, Paul George, Gordon Heyward....

That sucks. I really would've liked to have seen what he could've done in the playoffs. Portland gonna get swept again....

That sucks. Hope it was a clean break with no nerve damage.

Blazers gonna cover? Maybe I would've done okay in Vegas after all.

Game was getting crazy physical, beyond reasonable, before then.

Broken tibia IMO. Probably also fibula. May be better than Livingston though since it looks like bone not knee

Nope; but I might've killed it on some over slips.

Might be tougher cos of his girth though. Livingston had the advantage of being chronically underweight; not to take anything away from him pioneering coming back from that injury.

I don't like betting on teams in Memphis, tbh. Too many equalizers in their play style.

BTW , most teams fans cant complain about now that the Blazers are dropping like flies. OKC also, with Paul George's shoulder messed up at the worst possible time

Brutal looking; but probably clean break(s) is the potential good news.

SMH That dumb ref tripping over Nurkic's noodle leg, though.

What’s with the relatively common gruesome leg injuries in the last few years? We rarely see them previously and now this is the third in the last five or six years.

One problem last night was the game was getting really chippy and physical in overtime. The refs weren't helping with a number of goofy decisions, mostly against the Nets. The Nets had lost all their big guys, so were scrapping really hard and Portland was hammering them with Nurkic to take advantage. The missed-shot scrums were pretty nasty to begin with before the injury and the refs were losing control.

    No contact?
Looks like it broke in mid air after he jumped?
Can we conclude that it must have been near broken / cracked on an earlier play?
