Wow its over a foot closer, quite the difference.
675cm (265.748031 inches) - FIBA, 724cm (285.03937 inches) - NBA.

Yup, that's why marginally consistent Euro shooters mostly crap out in the States, like Papanikolaou. Speaking of which, Greece looking stronger by the day, beat Bosnia by 40, Giannis showing great stuff and range (the inverse phenomenon going from NBA to FIBA) .
Serbia beat again Israel 79-71, this time harder than yesterday, but Miroslav Raduljica absolutely dominated the paint once again.
After the first win in Tel Aviv (85-70), Serbia prevailed again over Israel with Raduljica doing the main damage. Panathinaikos’ center scored 16 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Next to Raduljica there were two more big guys who helped a lot. Zoran Erceg added 11 points and Ognen Kuzmic 9 with 7 rebounds. Milos Teodosic scored 6 points and dished 6 assists.
Israel cut Serbia’s lead (76-62, 36′) in the last minutes, while the visitors were leading the score since the start of the game. Lior Eliyahu (14p) was the only player with double digits among the Israelis
I was thinking the same thing. Actually, Porker looked quite good at the beginning of last season. Then injuries happened.
I bet he will look awesome again at the start of the season and look like for the rest of it.
Greece:
Nikos Zisis, Giannis Bourousis, Vassilis Spanoulis, Kostas Kaimakoglou, Giorgos Printezis, Nick Calathes, Kostas Papanikolaou, Kostas Sloukas, Stratos Perperoglou, Kostas Koufos, Vangelis Mantzaris i Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Strong team.
VSpan thread!!!
Alexis Ajinca won't play at Eurobasket for France due to an injury (foot). His place will probably take Mouhammadou Jaiteh

Pretty much the Top 12 Greek players at the moment. Little thin in big man depth but seeing more Giannis at the 4 is good in my book. Definitely in the race for a Top 3 finish, if the threes start falling could go all the way.
it's quite an issue for France tbh
I think we might be done seeing Noah compete for France too. How are you going to pass up the chance to defend a le in a tournament that France is cohosting?
yup
Noah is pretty much done with FNT
it has never been his priority, he said that numerous times.. he doesn't feel he is French, he barely speaks French tbh
BTW. Its official now,
Pedja Materic @PedjaMateric (his agent):
"Congratulations to @mamjaiteh14 who will play for France in Euro 2015! 4 BeoBasket clients in the French NT."

Germany - France tipping off right now: http://www.basketball-bund.de/livestream (legal stream, not sure if it works outside of Germany)
This really shouldn't be a close game unless Germany gets hot from 3.
A line up with Dirk N has to be respected no matter what tbh
and without we have 13-0 for France
France is not messing around.
TP and Boris barely even played any minutes.
they play all the 1st quater
How is MVParker doing? Assisting the team as always?
Oh, I guess it didn't feel like that they were all that involved outside the first 5 minutes. France's depth is unreal.
Holy . Just the France vs Belgium highlights.. Didn't know Curry was French
Mouhammadou Jaiteh ... I wonder why Spurs didn't pick him up over Cady Lallane
Last pratice game and another victory vs Slovenia. This time, that was a little harder (after OT).
