They killed the ir blaster for the note? Wtf? I've got an s6 and no s are given over the lack of removable battery or SD card, people are living in the past with those, but no ir blaster? That's a legitimately useful option

They're trying to kowtow to the trends of Tim Cuck. I mean it's okay that they made the design premium, but removing the micro SD card slot and the removable battery? What the are they thinking?

Now you're making sense. No ip67 is bull , especially since it's sealed. What kind of bull is that? I haven't heard anything about bending, but I don't hang out with anyone who doesn't know how to size their jeans correctly. The cool thing about skiing phones is that you put a case on it and it's only as thick as your s5 without a case. SD card is like a 5.25" floppy, not useful unless you're stuck in the past
I carry between 40 to 60 gb of session data on my SD. It's invaluable. I dont need to constantly be fishing for a ing flash drive as I load a 10 gig .cwb file onto a studio computer.

So what is the purpose of the Note 5? The Edge is the same ing device, the only thing separating them is a built in stylus?
Samsung has great screens, but they are really getting boring with their increasingly pricey phones. The next generation will be 950 to a grand I bet

Why not just sell a stylus? Samsung needs to get inpired again.
I'm OK with that statement. I mean, the edge is new and it looks cool, but I couldn't find a reason to spend 100 more on it over my s6.

The Edge from a gimmick point of view isn't even a cool one at that IMO. Waste of more money for a stupid uninspired feature.

It's eye catching is a best I can say. I thought it looked cool so I grilled the rep about what it did so I could try to justify the expense and he said a lot, but all I heard was "nothing close to useful". Funny thing is that when my wife went to buy the g4, she saw it told me it was sexy as , then told me that she asked a bunch of questions about it's capabilities and told me that "it sounded like a big tied girl with a flat stomach, nice ass, slight re ation, and expensive tastes. Looks good, expensive, but ultimately useless"

The G4 is a sick phone.. I don't think it would get the same praise from me if it was still 650 though.
The biggest issue that I have with the g4 is the skin and that's mostly corrected by installing the Google now launcher. The button placement is weird, but I'll bet that's a thing that you could get used to quickly
Yeah, the back button took a lot of getting used to. There's really only one hand position that feels natural like that, and I don't really care for it. The two click picture taking is a cool feature, but I don't find it natural feeling to do on the fly.
I'm torn whether I want to get the Pursesung 5.
I might get it anyway because I have the 1, 2, 3 and 4 but man this phone is so underwhelming
