I'll take Manu in any era.
I'll take Manu in any era.
In terms of basketball ability, Kobe has a slight edge.
In terms of being a good teammate, good human being, and non-piece of , Manu has a massive advantage.
Overall, Manu.
Kobe is an all time great... Manu isn't. This is like saying Duncan or Jermaine Oneal?
I know there is a lot of Mexicans and San Antonio who want to identify with/worship a spanish speaking player but you guys cant be that delusional.
Some idiot the other day said Manu as good as Kobe, MJ, Bird, Magic etc......
Take a cue from Manu and sit the down clown.
Too far man, of course Kobe is much better than Manu, but it's more like comparing Tim Duncan to Rasheed Wallace, not crap like O'Neal.
Thats fair. I was looking for the right guy and couldn't find him.
Manu,,,and its not even close. You gotta be a special kinda stupid to pick Kobrick,,,,
Manu must have at least one acquaintance that actually likes him. That makes him at least >>>>>> Kobe, tbh.
Manu career EFG .521
Kobe career EFG .485
Kobe is maybe the most over-rated player in NBA history.
I'll boil it:::
Kobe: 5
the tired old bag Duncan: 2nd 5th
head-to-head stats

Here, I'll boil it once more:::
Okafor
both same clowns...1 chucks his team out of a game, the other throws a turnover to costs a game...
Closer than people might expect. I have to give it to Kobe in the end, of course but say they have a 1 on 1 match up, both in their prime, it would be a close game. No one would be destroying the other.
But even at this stage in their career I'd give it to Kobe. None of these guys are explosive going to the ring anymore but they still got that 3 point range. Plus Kobe has moves he could put to good use. Manu's shake and bake is pretty raw but also effective.
