Aaaaaaand we're off.
Weddle is done, BTW. Forget about a new contract, he needs to start thinking about retirement.
so is Pip, tbh
see Bears–Loins for the annual tie game tbh
Thank goodness Rivers overthrew that pass. How is Gates that open?
Jesus...this Bears/Lions game. Wouldn't surprise me if it ended in a tie.
nevermind. Megatron!! Trade him to the Cowboys for Brandon Carr and a 3rd rounder tbh
The ole "throw it as far as you can to Megatron" play comes through.
Lions off the schneid now...
newton has the most statline of the year
1-5 for 20yd and an interception and a rushing td and his team is ahead
Starks barely touched on that 65 yard touchdown run. Good to see the Packers offense finally waking up.
Another year, another hostile game with Sestrle. That's how it goes with two smash
mouth teams
"12th man" has to be the biggest gotry in the NFL. You stole it from A&M you fat gots
I'm not going to complain about Palmer. Cardinals have had so many ty QBs in this history it's great to have a QB you expect will lead you to wins, and who fulfills them 7/10 times or better.
But I do wonder why he can't consistently be great.
He missed so many gimme throws today, and forced too many things when the offense seemed to be running smoothly, that I do wonder if very good and occasionally great but with several duds is going to be the ceiling?
The penalties across the entire team hurt just as much, but Palmer is the QB and needs to step up against bad teams with 2nd and 3rd string QBs when the defense has dominated for an entire half. Game should have been a 20+ lead at half.
Flacco getting outplayed by Kaepernick.
I' pretty sure the "12th man "shtick is at least 80 years old and comes from the european football.
