He still is. By a slim margin though.
Or is it manu or TD?
The team is just noticably worst without Manu. Without TD you lose a paint protector and a leader. I remeber HarlemHeat posting a season prediction based on a metric about how valuable each player will be and its looking likt that metric was right.
Got Kawhi playing at an MVP level
He still is. By a slim margin though.
He will be huge after Allstar break
You're like a ing bad thread machine.
Vanilla troll thread.
1. Kawhi
2. Aldridge
3. Manu
4. Duncan
1. Kawhi
2. Kawhi
3. Kawhi
4. Kawhi
It's Duncan and it's not close.
Dont have a problem with this though...Bobo number 5 and danny 6 imo
It'll depend on the matchup. LMA will likely be invaluable against Golden State if (more like when) we need to go small, with him at the 5 and Leonard or Diaw at the 4, and I like both of them going against Harrison Barnes. LMA has played really well against GS in his last 3 games (he did have a rough time out in his first 3, though). I don't think Duncan can handle GS's speed at this stage in his career. With LMA, we have a great counter-move when GS plays Green at the 5. Green's a great defender, but LMA should have the advantage in the low-post. LMA would've also been nice to have tonight against Morris. I don't think MM shoots 12-15 against LMA.
The Spurs are, like Horry used to say, an "amoeba," and player importance is relative to the matchup, and we have a nice cast of players that can adapt to and impose a variety of different styles.
So far it's Kawhi and Manu.
In a vacuum I still think it's Kawhi and Duncan, as I said pre-season.
I basically based it on 2 factors: 1.) Sooner or later LMA will be our 2nd leading scorer, and the defensive big when not paired with Tim 2.) We gave up players to get him, so naturally, he is THAT valuable.
5. Danny
6. Patty
7. Bobo
7 Bobo because he's very versatile and can do anything unlike Danny and Patty who we really need to hit their 3's.
Manu and Bobo should put a "passing and handling clinic" for Spurs players, many would be wise to attend. Especially Danny (Everything), Patty (Passing), Tony (Passing), Anderson (Handling), Boban (Anything that helps him), LA (Passing) and Kawhi (Passing).
Lmao, all of you are dumb
1. Duncan
2. Manu
3. Kawhi
4. Aldridge
Big dummy, I made that post: http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/show...20#post8103620
I never get credit
Parker tbh. He'll lead the team in assists for like the 15th year in a row and probably finish a top-2 scorer the way things are looking. Top 3 at worst.
But I'm sure a bunch of the other guys will have an "advanced" stat or 2 say they're the best. Then it's a fight between which of the dozens you think is most important. I'll stick with production.
Shouldn't you be gargling on Enrique's ?
Youre talking raw stats? If you take PPG-RPG-APG-SPG-BPG Duncan is at 24.3 and Parker is at 20.8. Duncan also plays vastly superior defense and is the team's leader.
If you're going to say Parker, using any set of numbers is a poor justification.
if it's Manu or Tim then we are ed.. cost next year both will be gone..
so far i get mediocre vibes from lma. arranged marriage vibes.
