Definitely felt that way. Anderson does like drawing fouls, but he could have speeded up just a bit.

I think he was looking back to see whether it was safe to dunk (we know he lacks explosion and is likely to get blocked if the guy is right beside him), or whether he needed to do a reverse or some fancy layup. Its not like he runs that slow in transition.
