Most of those black names are dumb, too... if you're going to give your kid a French name give him/her a legit French name:

Antoine/Antoinette
Michel/Mic e/Micheline
Daniele/Danielle
Estelle/Erelle
Andre/Deandre/Deandra
Gabriele/Gabrielle
Jean/Jacques
Monique, Veronique

etc.. Are all valid French names. The le- and de- prefixes are even valid in certain situations, but most definitely not to the extent that American blacks tend to abuse them. For instance, Lesean or Desean might be valid (*unless you're Chip Kelly*) but LeShawndre or DeShawndra are not. The -sha and -qua suffixes are pretty much exclusively Ameri-ebonic rather than French, too. It's almost as if they're trying to fuse French, Arabic, and gibberish. I mean, what kind of name is "Jalisha"? The girl named that told her friend her parents named her that because her dad was named "JaMichael" and mom was "Alisha". Since when do people fuse opposite gender names like that?
