I would say it was 90 back then now it's 20. You cannot trust the mods to not start political jihads against people with whom they disagree anymore. I have no problem with multiple accounts as standard practice to avoid bull bans. If someone is really terrible he/she won's last anyways.

If the big honchos didn't like you back then, they'd find any excuse they can to get rid of you: I was banned for a month on one site for "illegal use of the time machine" after correctly predicting that Hurricane Katrina was going to hit New Orleans when it was barely hitting Florida.Of course, I was 11 back then...
