    The US is right now is the third best team. After costa Rica, Mexico, US the level drops off is significant.

    If they slip up again next game though, probably have to play Australia or Uzbekistan in the Asia vs Concacaf playoff.

    Was imagining a scenario or US vs. Iran, Saudi or China playoff but the former two are top their group and China sucks balls.

    lol Australia sending local talent to go play wc qualifiers, hence I dunno why they keep on sending them overglorified scrubs anyway who only play against weakass players in the country, but expose them to teams/players outside Australia, they get exposed due to better players/teams

    hence those guys playing in leagues outside of Australia, have to put up with these local hacks when they get a call up... is wasting their time and talent...

    Australia has no options. Their european guys like kruse are abysmal. They're just not good. Their technique is probably like the 4th best in the group. The offense is just bad.

    They would be at 6 points right now if not for the su uous penalty againt japan and thailand.

    We could see virtual qualification today from Japan, Saudi, Iran.
