Let me put it this way, being transgendered is not something that can be proven or disproven in a court of law... having a penis or vagina is. So if you have the surgery, sure go ahead and switch restrooms. And if not, but you still have the appearance of the opposite sex and use the stall in their restroom, nobody will care anyway. But having a law in place that can protect dudes who lie their way into the women's restroom is a bad idea.

Girls involved in fatal fight at Delaware school suspended

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Three students involved in a fight that ended in a teenager's death at a Delaware school have been suspended, a school district spokeswoman said.
The girls have been out of Howard High School of Technology since the assault last week, New Castle County Vo-Tech School District spokeswoman Kathy Demarest said Tuesday. Sixteen-year-old Amy Joyner-Francis, a 10th-grader, was killed in the confrontation.
