Oak was crazy, slapped Barkley, slapped Tyrone Hill, being Jordan's unpaid bodyguard, his reputation was so crazy that Shaq swung at Miller after getting mugged by Oakley. I am not sure if Rodman ever tried messing with Oakley, but Rodman tries to mess with everyone.
That said, Oakley got messed up by bouncers in a casino, I am not sure how many bouncers there were but I can bet it has be like half a dozen to give him a beatdown like that.

The funny thing is to slap someone effectively is almost worse than a punch ...it's like he gave them dudes bottom status tbh ...
Slapping is the biggest insult. Punching means you are treating the other person like a man and challenging them to a fight, slapping is like saying I can do whatever I want to you, and you are going to take it.
As for the incident, google Charles Oakley sues casino, you will get some hits. Two sides to the story though, and I am not sure how it ended.
