I would.
I would watch out for the Celts.
They want a star talent and sixers have so many bigs ...
I could see philly flipping the pick and getting bradley or smart and the 3rd pick plus another first and taking dunn while ainge takes simmons or ingram
I would.
This draft is crap. I have seen Ingram play all year at Duke. Nothing stands out about him. I can't comment on Simmons since I haven't watched him but it seems like he's guaranteed to be the number 1 pick.
I mentioned Kris Dunn as a joke - but holy , Fredo and Chazz are actually going to do it:
http://www.silverscreenandroll.com/2...protected-pickThe Los Angeles Lakers have yet to find out where -- or if -- they'll be selecting in the first round of the 2016 NBA Draft, but should they keep their top-3 protected pick, the team may use it to select Providence point guard Kris Dunn, a source told ESPN's Mark Spears.
The report suggests that the Lakers are "enamored" by the idea of a three-guard rotation of Dunn, D'Angelo Russell, and Jordan Clarkson.
Lakers
D'Bust
Julibust Randle
Kris Done
Is that a quote from Mitch? No? -15 points son!
What talent have you stacked? Julian is undersized with no jumper and D'Bust is a snitch.
I agree though if you're talking about Huertas and Nance.
Doesn't matter if Lakers blow another opportunity, if Luke Walton turns out to a in over his head, LkrFan will still say Mitch is playing chess while everyone is playing checkers. Lakers could draft Bernie Madoff with their pick and LkrFan will spin it.
Young talent on rookie contracts:
Russell
Clarkson
Randle
Ingram
Cap space: $65 million
It's on you, Mitch.
He's right. Simmons isn't a case closed pick if the FO still prizes Julian. The Lakers have like 6 pfs on the team, and none of them have really any trade value.
You trolling. It's too early to call either of them busts.
> "Russell, Randle"
> "Young talent"
Choose one, Delmer.
Ingram will go number 1. Philly doesn't need a PF. Simmons stock has also fallen.
Hey, sweetheart, I ain't seen you in my room since OKC made you fly back alone.
tee, hee.
Your mom & I miss you.
More trolling. You still upset about the Thunderous loss? Wanna talk about it tbh?
They definitely have trade value - it's not a ton, but it feels like no matter who they pick it's going to take some time to fit them with what they have because of lack of shooting and needing the ball to be effective.
Win 30 games and then you can talk.
17 wins Lmao!!!
That's my fear. I don't really want Simmons. LG is infatuated with him though.
Well then you know he won't be good . The average Laker fan wants Lebron/KD and thinks they can get them or the "more reasonable" ones love DeRozan
How is that trolling? How does Ben simmons make sense when your other "prized" youngster is also a PF?
Sure you can move julian, but you won't get much for an undersized pf with no jumper. Best thing to do would be to draft simmons and trade him for a couple of pieces, like an sf, which the lakers desperately need.
That's pretty generous tbh
Although not having kirby on the team might be worth 10-15 wins alone
Didn't get it again tonite, huh?
Tougheth lucketh.
That's the thing. I'm perfectly content with a slow rebuild. 1992-1996 were some of favorite years as a Laker fan. Those teams were fun. We picked up several young players, then when the time was right, positioned ourselves to sign Shaq and "draft" Kobe.
, we "traded" for Pau, anything can happen tbh.
What's not to get?
