Yeah it's pretty unheard of for a role player to get torched by two-time MVPs. A good signal that Hill is a scrub

That Suns series was lost pretty much on the first few possesions when Nash destroyed him. It just gave the Suns the confidence they needed for the sweep. I really think Pop should have started TP for that series.
I moved on from George Hill, tbh.
we should pull a reverse praying dog meme TBH
Your avi is the most awesomeness thing that holds... awesome.
Point being- great avi.
If spurs want a chance of signing a big time FA like Durant we will need good solid roll players... and I honestly think hill can fill that spot
Thank you, but that was Georgie's one real career highlight. I bet there's actually video of it out there.
Not sure if serious
George Hill, a PG with almost zero court vision who gets trapped in the corner very easily. His highlight at SA was pointing at Kobe.
No thanks.
Spurs had the best defense in the NBA last season. Their offense struggled at times. Yeah, we need to sacrifice offense for more defense because team's are playing half court games.
Like defense.. we need offense though.
Kyle Anderson was a better point guard than George when he was still at UCLA.
He can still be a pretty good back-up point guard in this league, I'm sure another team will pick him up (Washington???)
That's what we want, a PG no other team will pick up. The solid reasoning here is mind numbing.
you guys who flamed me..... now you want him back now right?
He's only getting numbers on a team who's top scorer is out. He will balance out by season's end to a little bit above average. But whatever helps you feel good about yourself, even though you're "right" for >10 games when he has been nothing but pedestrian for an entire career. Flip Murray made people believe for 1 season he was better than what history had shown us, this is Hill's "Flip Murray" season.
It's called desperation
Honestly a starting pg who is a little bit above average is what the spurs need. When you have an all-star PF. An MVP candidate 3 and two above average players at the 2 and 5 you don't really want a super high usage all star type point guard. You want a hard working guy a bit above average who might get voted into the all star game on his career peak year. Other wise there just won't be enough ball to go around. Or enough salary to ensure a good bench after rookie contracts.
Kyle Anderson is a terrible PG. NBA PGs should average double digit assists every game now with the offensive rules and literally one good defender in the league.
