Players or management?
A desperate team like the Nets should go for Kieff trying to strike gold, they don't have much of a future anyway. If they could trade Thad Young to Toronto and get one of their 1st round picks - they owe theirs and NY's ( lol Bargnani ) - and get Kieff on the cheap, they might take the risk. Problem is they don't have a GM and would perhaps be unwilling to make long term impact deals.
