also that was one of the most animated games at that world cup, just look at this ing crowd son, y'all merrycans don't see this on tv, a packed stadium was getting ready for a CLASSIC matchplayers singing the anthem
this is FAR from the burger and soda 2nd rate atmosphere of a super bowl between team fat 1 and team fat 2 with a fat mariah carrey lipsyncing forgotten anthem lyrics at half time

This (not the video I posted, but the link I'm posting) was the biggest soccer match of the year, people beyond hyped, supposedly half-a-billion viewers worldwide, chants and drinking galore, and it ended in....you guessed it, a 0-0 tie

Nop. Now I see it. A South African fan (i.e: casual fan) falling asleep on a game his team doesn't play, doesn't count, tbh. You won't ever see a true football fan falling asleep on a knock out stage game where his team plays, tbh.
I couldn't agree with this enough. US soccer fans are about as insufferable as it gets and seeing them butthurt is hilarious.

the funny thing is that the picture we're talking about here is from Germany 4 - England 1 in 2010 , one of the most drama filled WC games in the past decade, also one with a great crowd ... I'm telling you son, the US losing put these s in meltdown mode 24/7

Yeah, because it's hard to grasp a 0-0 game that likely had less than 10 shots on goal and only 2 or 3 deflections by each goalie. Soccer is played with archaic rules.
