patty > cojo
Yessir!!! He is looking serious this year!!!
Patty Mills isn't messing around tonight. He came to play.
This second unit composed of Patty, Manu, and Marco is destroying Memphis.
All praise and glory be to the Down Under from Downtown!
He's so small, it's probably just a chapel.
Is it just me or do the Spurs look like they are on a mission this year?
Believe it...
he looks like have taken the role of gary neal hitting early-quick-boombastic 3s.
He earned it, didn't complain once about not playing, instead he kept a positive at ude and came back in incredible shape and this is the result. He looks like a different person out there.
It's probably too early to say it, ....... but , I will anyway, backup PG problem? SOLVED!
We all knew he could do that at times. I'm really hopeful that this defensive energy and awareness he's showing will still be there even when his offense isn't cooking. He's in phenomenal shape.
I'll fetch us some more holy water! Go Patty!
He fights through screens and doesn't allow nearly the separation he used to. He would get picked off and then lose his man.
If he can keep this level of play, up, who will be bestowed towel waving duties? Cojo, Baynes, or Ayres?
Mills really wants to take a and Cojo wasn't using the pot. All hail the new backup point/instant offense 3rd guard!
Do we need to schedule a ceremony for the passing of the waving towel to down (or is it up?) to Corey?
I watched the end of the Knicks game and cringed each time Neal brought the ball up (Knight got hurt; Gary did lead the Bucks in scoring and assists). Mills could well be a nice upgrade over him if he plays a lick of D.
Weird thing is that even though Neal lead the team in field goal attempts, he also lead the team with 5 assists. That has to be a career high for him.
Chapel of Mills
Exactly. Quick release, ice water 3's. He'll hit 'em when they count.
No more a point guard than Neal was, but that's not the role either was filling.
