your only problem is the other 3 holding you back. don't let them cling to your shooting star.
I struggled putting this together. My biggest dilemma was what leg would I be best suited for. My 200m time suggests the 2nd or 4th. But it also suggests that I'm strong on the turn. I eliminated the first leg because of my speed build up coefficient. Also, I'm strong on taking the handoff so it let's me put someone weaker in that 1 leg.
1. us Richardson - cat was a 100m MONSTER. Incredible acceleration. His top 100m time was around 10 or so.
2. Bohannan Watkins - guy was a total asshole but fast as . He didn't run in actual track meets but when we played football, he came the closest to being able to catch me. My best guess is that he could also run near a 10.0 100.
3. SpursforSix - while I didn't run the 100m, my 200m time puts me in the same tier as these other dudes
4. Will Flasterjack - I competed against him several times over the years in the 4x100. He never ran the same leg as me but he always made ground on my teammates. Estimated 100m time...high 9's to low 10's.
Caveat: I made this list of middle school sprinters that I knew.
your only problem is the other 3 holding you back. don't let them cling to your shooting star.
Can't really argue with that list tbh, you really know your stuff when it comes to track and field.
It's a group effort. And you can apply this to any team sport you want. There is always going to be someone at the top. On the dream team, you have...Michael Jordan, David Robinson, Charles Barkley. Does DRob suck because Jordan is the best? No. It's about being able to assemble the top group. Not just the best only.
careful with the "group effort" stuff. before you know it, you and the guys find yourself in a place like onotlongago............
Even if you're part of a group...there's things you just know not to do. Jump off a cliff, shoot up marijuana, have sex with children. Those kind of things.
well then go ahead, but gotta be the last leg. drag your teammates to victory.
Everyone trying to be Avante, ha~~~ Avante, ofren imitated but never duplicated.
Just think Avante can give you the All Time Fantasy 4x1 relay for every school and NFL team and country. He is the only one out here that can do that. Yes, he is unique.

we're trying to talk real track with a real expert. do you mind?
Hey dip ...your Nigerian team is just...yep...wrong...
Why not talk anout:
Olusoji Fasuba who holds the African record in the 100m. 9.85 if I remember correctly.
And Seun Ogunkoya. He ran a 9.91 (possibly wind aided).
Little man, anybody who tries to sell...I ran a 20.00...as a middle school kid is a liar, ok?
SFA, knows...0....about this stuff and only an idiot like you wouldn;t see that.
Watch this.
Hey SFS, fill in the lanes here with 100m sprinters from Florida A&M, ok?
lane

Now watch ther liar either ignore this ot give some stupid reason he can't fill in those lanes.
Watch,
Ok look I said....ther and ot.....ha~~~~~~~~~
Why would I fill out lists for someone who isn't going to know if they're right or wrong.
Let's talk about you leaving "the fastest African", Olusoji Fasuba, off your Nigerian 4x100.
That would be like leaving Bolt off the Jamaica team.
he don't do homework
sorry he had to mess up this thread.
Not for himself anyway.
Do you know anything at all about that situation with Fasuba?
Dude, I do all the schools.
Not your fault. It does provide me a chance to pass on a life lesson which I'll share in Haiku form.
Jealousy remains
and causes conflict ha ha
rise above it yes
ha. that one's too easy. I'll let it go.
But feel free to tell me about "the situation".

As you can see he was not a 9.8 sprinter.

Nobody is buying that time, yep, something was wrong with the timing or the wind reading.
Plenty buy that time Mr. Stool.
This is the same source you cited for your 200m list. Yep...he's on there...
