That's Kobe $.
Gobert will probably make the playoffs though
this clown aint worth 100m....fkn when ppl reach that max scale for number of years, i expect big numbers, not fkn scrub numbers
one i don't have anything against.. the others though..
it's almost a bargain compared to DeRozan, Anthony, Horford and even Conley contracts tbh
Gobert did make some progress to warrant that extension, his FT shooting is MUCH improved, but i think his defense has regressed a bit. The lack of good PG that can hit him on PnR with good passes/lobs is very apparent, always roll empty handed most of the time.
All on potential deal. Nothing different from that Samuel Dalembert or Juwan Howard deal. Hope this turns out better for the Jazz though.
25 million a year is effing ridiculous for a league average starting big man. Even the top NFL quarterbacks in a much more popular sport don't make nearly that much annually.
Great take got
not a bad signing... With the new collective bargaining agreement that's actually a pretty good deal. Very good Center for Utah
Damn. Michael Thompson would be rich as if he played in today's NBA.
i dont care if the nba cba is going up, doesnt mean u should pay a max to a scrub,
whether the max is worked out by years of service or % of cap...should be base on production
Yes, but when in today's mass tanking NBA you have such a shortage of talent anyone with a bit of potential is bound to get 100 mil+, this ain't the talent rich 90's anymore, where you could get a skilled player for a reasonable contract.
