but the theory here is through this method of bundling, the cf / hrc / wjc are taking/soliciting donations from a know child trafficker Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid AL Maktoum. that alone should be cause for concern. but the amount of money and the fact that uae was addressed twice in this chain offers that there may be a deeper connection.
