Personally I can't wait for this. Villeneuve and Scott!

Part of the Hollywood b.s. scene.
Gosling? Not enough grit for the metro to get the part. Then again, we are talking gywood so....
Lets see if the plot can carry.
Yeah...I agree with this. Typical Hollywood remake taking a good movie and redoing it with bankable actors. I get that they won't cast an unknown but wondering who might have been a better choice. At least they didn't case Johnny Depp or Will Smith.
While I wouldn't call Tom Cruise "gritty", this might have been in his wheelhouse.
I think Denzel might have been a good choice.
Although I'd pay money if they would have cast Al Pacino. That'd be funny as .
Gosling was ing nails in Drive.
You buncha losers probably ed about Nolan casting Ledger as Joker because he was a gay cowboy.
What version of the original do we accept going into this movie?
Does this movie get fancy and allow both originals to flow into the new plot?
Will there be an "Attack ships on fire" esque speech in this one?
Never cared for Blade Runner. I thought it was a ty version of the book. Hate that the movie has sort of absorbed the franchise.
Actually he was
Gonna jelq it ruthlessly to this one
No superhero, wouldn't watch
Loved the original but this looks like something I'll pick up from redbox when there's nothing else to watch.
Odds are it will underwhelm, but a sequel is >> a remake these days.
The movie seems way too futuristic for my tastes.
I can't wait to see this. One of my most anticipated movies of the year. I really hope it doesn't suck.
Going tomorrow afternoon with an edible on board
Going tomorrow afternoon as well. I rewatched the old one last week. It actually holds up well.
88% on RT...good to see.
I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit disappointed. The movie was way too long and there were times I was bored to the point of almost dozing off. The World building was great and Gosling and Ford we're both good too. Jared Leto was almost pointless in this film his role was so small. It was a good concept that was poorly executed tbh
Too long, nonsensical plot, and not nearly as deep as it thinks it is. It gets by on terrific performances, and Denis Villeneuve’s amazing visuals. He created an incredible world here, it immerses you completely. and if this was directed by almost any other director, the reviews would have been really ty. The director takes a fairly mediocre script and makes it great. Also Ryan Gosling’s “slow walk/blank face” move is overused and he’s basically his character from Drive except now in a dystopian future.
Overall I give it a B+ while admitting that it’s probably a terrible movie that is C- or D+ level if a less talented director was at the helm.
Really enjoyed it. Kept the feel of the original. Some scenes could have been edited down though. I give it a 4/5.
Everyone keeps complaining it's too long. Betta take an extra puff of dat blunt in the parking lot
