Hmmmmmmm.........
i think he is.. but with ugly shot release and shooting form compared to kobe..
T-Mac, Pierce, Vince Carter....
that 3 player's doesn't use fadeaways frequently like jordan, kobe and kawhi..
It might be ugly (I disagree) but it's a lot more efficient.
yup kawhi is more efficient but kobe had a good loooking fadeaway's..
Disagree. T-Mac and VC both did a lot. Pierce not so much; but he liked to operate on the elbow extended in similar capacities.
nope..tmac played a lot with pick n roll not post up..mybe vc but not like mj,kobe and kawhi..
I would agree with OP...It's the same moves, but his release isn't as "pretty" as MJ/Kobe/T-Mac's (it's the same if not better result, though with regards to KB/TM)...If it looked more like theirs' and he had some emotion I have no doubt he currently would be regarded by most fans as the greatest in the game today. NBA fans are incredibly stupid. Maybe even more ignorant than the average American which is a difficult achievement.
Yup. Kobe's form picture perfect.
Agree, it's not an exact replica like Kobe is for Jordan. It is different in that he uses his length rather than his leaping to his advantage. Much more efficient shot also.
Whoever is coaching Leonard with his moves needs a ton of credit. Leonard isn't as athletic as Kobe or Jordan, but he's longer. So if you watch, he uses his length rather than his leaping to his advantage. He's also has got this running sideways hook shot that I have never seen.
His offensive game is so much more advanced now that it is just shocking.
The only problem though is Durant has also figured out how he can play more efficiently. So Leonard is still playing catchup.
Jordan didn't start exclusively using fadeaways until Hakeem made it his signature move in which Elvin Hayes and Bernard King were doing it before him
I actually believe Kawhi has the best imitation of the Jordan fadeaway out of all the players I have seen attempt it.
Chosen team is just to match the user name. Porzingod is cool, though.
