Don't remember the specifics of that bill. If there's a price tag attached to the bill, whatever the amount, the project shouldn't be undersold and later requiring additional funding. That was the ultimate problem with the 2006 act. I don't know details of the 2013 bill

And I also understand that we actually do need some of them here to work. In my area, there's no way there's enough American roofers too keep up with demand. But, we need some way of knowing (and vetting) who's coming across our border. We can't just have waves of people indiscriminately coming in.
