1) corporation pays tax to government. fed govt green, corp red
2) corporation increases prices to make up for it... essentially getting reimbursed. govt still green, corp grey, consumers red
3) consumer pays higher sales tax since the item price is more expensive. consumers deep red, state govt green
Mexico will pay for the wall merely by increasing the dollar's buying power there!
