My buddy's band, ST 37, has a song on the new soundtrack.
I'll look up the songs. I like Lynch a lot and know he likes her, though she wasn't featured in Twin Peaks. Still, I'll check it out.
Not much for pop, though. Outside of sappy 80s pop. Hahaha
She had a scene in Twin Peaks The Return. Very short, definitely over-acted.

That's pretty cool.
Lynch and I have an oddly connected taste in music, so I'll check em out
So one of the best parts of music is how versatile an idea can be. One thing to somebody is something completely different to somebody else. Or one thing at one time is good, but it as something else at another time is greater.
Case and point: Heartbeats, By Knife
Same band a few years later
An artist later
Pretty radical change. Almost as if the soul of the song was found and redeemed, and I actually think all three versions are good, but the pop electronica version and acoustic version are a truer style of the art, both as covers.
This is one even Avante may like:
Eva Cassidy was a no-fame pub performer. Died from cancer within 10 months of this performance, and has since had multiple Gold albums of her covers thanks to a few news shows and word of mouth from stars like Fleetwood, McCartney, etc.
This cover is especially impressive, but her souls-blues ballad style lends itself well to a number of classics.
Another great one:
Tunes I own and at least four other covers.
House of the Rising Sun
Stagger Lee
Crawling Kingsnake
Basin Street Blues
Walkin' Blues
Riders in the Sky
Pretty good stuff from the new front man. This was a few years back. No one is Scott, but he's a good fit imo
Well ...I already posted that one.
it, it's a great cover.
Well here's this one
Rachel Price is just about my favorite singer, will stop at two, but her stuff on Youtube, including original stuff is out- ing-standing.
Odd man, with a voice that has to be heard to be believed. Haley Rheinhart... also outstanding vocalist.

A very odd girl. Interesting take on a song you probably have heard, but might not know the name of. (House theme song)
Charles Bradley, R.I.P
Black Sabbath "Changes" done with some soul.
love this one. was our "first dance" song at our wedding
Pay attention to the bartenders in the background. HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE
Dang. What is it about good heavy metal and classical that goes together?
(adds to playlists)
Thanks.
If you haven't heard:
Same song, different style. Spoons, a wrench, an anvil, and banjos...
