One televised high school game to look forward to.
I got a laugh out of that, outside of maybe having to play Lee, South San isn't winning a game and they will likely be embarrassed every week.
i heard that South San is going to appeal (although i don't know what they expected since they wanted to stay in SA). i also saw that san marcos was added to 26-6A, replacing Wagner. that's a nice move. also, looks like the Westlake/LT district Judson/SV district will meet in round 1 of the playoffs (Division 1), which pretty much blows.

Based on compe ion alone, that's a horrible draw for South San but I can understand what the logic may have been.
They probably can't put them with San Antonio ISD because their enrollment is too big, the travel would be too much if they are headed to the Valley every other week and Northside has grown so much that their district can't make room for outsiders.

Jarrett Smith, count me as rooting for this kid. Listed at 5'5", 184 lbs. and 4.48 speed with decent moves and highly motivated.. Article says he should make a contribution to the scout team. I hope this turns into a really good story.
