    My guess is the justice system felt if they pursued the Felony it would likely destroy his life, so they dropped it down to misdemeanor to keep his attention, and give him a second chance.

    OrangeBloods says they can confirm that Texas is now actively recruiting grad tansfer QB Malik Zaire of Notre Dame.

    He was able to speak with Coach Beck on the phone Wednesday night, but no visits have been set.
