Final prediction: Texas. I talked to the father of a four star Texas recruit this weekend for over an hour. Obviously UT coaches are on top of this kid, as are 30 or so other programs. We talked about family, friends, the recruiting and combine process in general, not "Where is Johnny going to go?"

His son his considering Texas, where one of his family members was an All American in the 1970's. The dad told me that his son often talks to several UT players that he knows, and the consensus is that the players don't like Herman.
