Per The Football Brainiacs, Texas will do another in-home visit with WR Lawrence Keys III before he takes his official visit this weekend.
OrangeBloods confirmed Preston will be in Austin on February 2nd.
Texas will have the last word with him.

Preston took A&M commitment off of his Twitter.
He's supposed to be in College Station this weekend.

Not sure what to make of it he's never seemed to give Texas much of a look, hard to believe something can change so drastically on a weekend visit.
That's just strange, I don't buy it. I'll buy it when he visits Texas, for now, I'll just enjoy the Aggy meltdown. It makes my tummy tickle. My pessimistic thoughts thinks that he will shut it down after the Aggy visit.

The power of Carrington
I think Texas started picking up their communication with him a few months back once they realized that it was going to be difficult to keep Rondale in the class.
I agree that it's totally in the wait-and-see stage, but it benefits Texas that several of his buddies have already signed and they're getting his last visit (if it happens).
The other factor that sticks out to me is if he doesn't go to A&M, where would he go other than UT? Who else is even in the race?
If he doesn't make it to College Station this weekend, it's on.

Inside Texas is hearing the A&M side is worried about WR Jalen Preston de-committing soon.
As far as his grades go, his test scores seem to be good enough but he needs to continue to improve his GPA.
Texas coaches will go see him this week at his high school.
Three new UT crystal balls in today for DT Moro Ojomo Katy, one of which is from a national writer (Wiltfong) with ties to Notre Dame.
Perroni from A&M 24/7 has crystal balled DE Joseph Ossai to UT.

loving all the positive momentum, feels like Christmas all over again...
24/7 reporting DE Tyree Wilson of New London West Rusk will no longer officially visit UT.
Due to numbers at this point? How realistic would it be to take Tyree Wilson as a big IF, considering Ossai is such a lock as some may consider him?
According to Herman's press conference after the first NSD, UT can go up to 31 which leaves you with eight more spots.
I'd love to have Wilson, but the DL haul is currently looking like Carson, Coburn, Ojomo, Ossai and Williams.
That leaves you with V. Jackson, Okechukwu and Wilson if UT wants to try for a sixth guy; it's just unclear if Wilson canceled on UT or vice versa.
I have no doubt there would be room for Wilson assuming there aren't a handful of surprises, but the staff may want to save that scholarship for 2019 or use it for another position.

Twitter post noted the fact that Todd Orlando recently followed Georgia OLB Jayden McDonald, so something to keep an eye on as a potential offer...side note: any new info on the Cali LB who was a potential OV, did this fall through?
Put A&M commitment back up after his in-home with A&M last night.
