The Juancho name could be from Juan Carlos or Juan something, but coming from Spanish ancestors I have never seen something so bizzare as Hernangomez, it doesnt have any sense.

Yeah, I agree that last name is weird af. Hernan is a first name and Gomez is a last name, but these gots combine it to make just a last name? That's not how it works.
