There is a strong misconception here, Irving knows the Earth is round but he agrees with the flat Earth theory. Which means we live on a disc and gravity is an illusion. So everything appears flat and it is despite the circular appearance of the planet. I don't know if I agree with the flat Earth theory but one thing about reality is it's not always as it appears or seems, there is always more to things and nature.
