the league would have a meltdown if they don't get Warriors-Cavs, tbh..
It's simple, the League wants LeBron vs Kawhi this year
the league would have a meltdown if they don't get Warriors-Cavs, tbh..
The League flopped right into Durant's knee.
In-depth analysis. ESPN worthy, even.
Seriously though, the league already got two straight years of Kawhi vs. Lebron, and they got horrible ratings (classic Spurs effect).
Pretty sure the league would rather have another Cavs vs. Warriors show-down, with a rematch between Lebron and Durant as the kicker.
Not to mention Cavs-Warriors just drew the highest ratings the NBA had seen since Jordan IIRC..
Implying the NBA doesn't want another Warriors-Cavs final for that sweet sweet money
OP actually would be more on point if Leonard had Westbrick's at ude.
Even better Spurs-celtics
But Kawhi wasn't an MVP candidate back then.
Where do I sign?
Easiest Finals since '07.
Easier, tbh.
This is hilarious cause it's so ing true
Spurs-Toronto would be watched by almost no one, tbh.
What about Spurs vs. Hawks aka Spurs East for a Finals, lol.
This is where ESPN does themselves in. They spend all season promoting and having constant conversations of when, not if, the Cavs-Warriors meet in the finals.
Then when it doesn't happen... my ratings
And they blame the Spurs.
Yep. It would even get low ratings in Toronto and SA, tbh.
That would be beautiful
what the NBA wants. Kawhi vs Lebron is the best matchup in basketball, and anyone who wouldn't watch that can go themselves right in the ass.
Well said.
