    29. San Antonio Spurs - Ivan Rabb, Cal, PF

I’m not entirely sure on Ivan Rabb, but the Spurs turn questionable prospects into stars so I’m assuming that’s what they do here.

This guy might be the most versatile of the bigs in our range. Loving what he brings to the table

FOX Sports: 2017 NBA mock draft 3.0: Will Lonzo be a Laker?

San Antonio Spurs: Ivan Rabb, PF/C, California (sop re)

    Per-game averages: 14.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.7 steals, 1.0 blocks, 48.4 FG%, 40.0 3P%, 0.6 3PA, 66.3 FT%

    Height: 6'10"; Weight: 215 lbs; Age: 20 (Feb. 4, 1997)

Rabb's second season at Cal was a disaster. Despite scoring more points per game, his field goal percentage fell off a cliff, and he tumbled down 2017 draft boards as a result.

It would be a perfectly Spurs-ian move to take a young big man with promise, halt his slide, and turn him into one of the NBA's best prospects.

He has potential and from what I've read California has never played to his strengths.

I would love to draft this guy, but someone will take a flyer on him before our pick

Haven't watched a ton, but not that interested. Reminds me of a weaker, poor man's Splitter.

The Denver Post: 2017 NBA mock draft 2.0: Is Lonzo Ball headed to the Lakers? Do the Nuggets take a gamble?
Our second run at predicting the NBA’s first round has plenty of movement

    29. San Antonio Spurs, Ivan Rabb, 6-10 PF/C, California: Rabb has a lot of work to do on his perimeter game before he can be a productive offensive player in the NBA. Good thing the Spurs know a thing or two about player development.

    Ivan Rabb

    Power Forward/Center, Cal

Rabb seems like the perfect Spurs pick. He has a high basketball IQ and is very mobile.

Rabb took a tumble due to his lack of increase in production, but if anyone can coach up Rabb, it’s Pop and Co.

I've been watching more videos on this guy and while I would still prefer Bell or Wilson, I wouldn't be mad if he is picked and I believe he has worked out with the Spurs. Great rebounder with potential on offense, not much of a rim protector.
