Here in SA that I know off top, we have Chama Gaucha, Fogo De Chao, and Texas de Brazil.. Any others I missed, whether local or chain based that are recommended?

Galpao Gaucho is pretty good. They used to be in a small place but they upped their game off of 1604 by Huebner
