Nice. So that means we're probably guaranteed extra innings once Jansen comes in and gives up a two run homer.

The Doyers could put a little league pitcher in for the last two innings and the Astros still wouldn't score another run.

The Astros are going to their blowpen, and their offense is anemic outside of the bandbox that is Minute Maid Park. The Dodgers got this and I see no reason to believe they'll lose Game 7 either.
I feel you on this. I'm now thinking the "slicked ball" controversy had more to do with the air conditioning in that stadium and also its dimensions. Astros are probably winning this game at MM. They've had some deep flyballs in this game that would've went out there. Game 2s homer explosion at Dodger Stadium was probably due to the high temperatures that day. Physicist said a fly ball can potentially carry 20% further in temps of 90+.

No other option. Hope he doesn't blow it (or maybe I do, since I just know I'll be treated to heartbreaker tomorrow. Yeah, I'm shook .

I would, but there's no way Houston emotionally recovers from a loss like this. They had their guy on the mound and tonight is/was it for them.

You sure it's the temps and not just the air being super dry when the Santa Anna winds are blowing?

Yep, while tonight wasn't 6 levels of bad Houston won't be recovering for tomorrow. I see the Doyers cruising to a win.

Not even making Jansen work. Pathetic. The Dodgers have earned this championship, they deserve it.

Not sure. But I never seen balls carry like that at DS in that wild game 2. I don't buy the juiced ball theory for that since a lot of the exit velocities were pretty low on those homers (juiced ball is supposed to travel faster).

Not really impressed with this Dodger team. They are just having a fluky season. They are the new Braves of the NL. Will win their 1 le and constantly get eliminated in the playoffs yearly from here on out.

    Always been, bro

Dodgers always draw league high attendance even when they're trash, and no Lakers Finals game in history is getting the kind of local ratings this series has. That said, Dodgers will choke tomorrow in epic fashion and the Mexicans will go back to Liga MX or something

Never been a big baseball fan tbh, but I might as well support the team. The amount of fresh dodger gear I see is ridiculous though

So Cal has always been a baseball hotbed. So many MLB players over the years from here and California in general. The Lakers captured the town during the 3 peat, but before then and post-Kobe, it's reverted back to a Dodger town, or at the very least a co-Lakers/Dodgers town.

. I'm more pessimistic than you about my teams. Remember, we got Japanese pitcher going tomorrow and if it's close, Kershaw likely for the last 3 or 4 innings.

They all became Kings fans the last few years, though

The Japanese pitcher theory has been cancelled out by Yuli's racism, tbh. Darvish is going to look like MadBum tomorrow. The only chance the Astros have is if Kerchoke comes out of the pen and pulls his usual Kerchoke performance.
