Just when I think it can't get any worse...Parker wants to be GM after his retirement in 3-4 years.

For those who were worried about PATFO continuity, about who would replace Pop/RC...

And while NBA point guards typically make good head coaches, he would rather be an NBA GM once he unlaces his sneakers for good.

“The best thing was to be in the office every day during the (2011 NBA) lockout and see the everyday operations,” Parker told The Undefeated. “I looked at everything. How to manage a team, marketing, ticket sales, sponsors. It was a great learning experience for me. It’s getting me ready to work in an NBA front office.”

If Parker gets his wish, the soon-to-be 34-year-old — raised in France but grew to love basketball during summer trips to his father’s hometown of Chicago — will retire from the Spurs with 20 years of NBA playing experience at age 38 and head into management.

That guard rotation makes me think Manu's already signed his new contract and it just hasn't been announced.

Teams can now carry 17 players, 2 players designated as "two - way" contracts, starting next season. The team actually has 4 spots still available, but that is excluding Blossomgame (prime candidate for a "two - way" G - League contract) for now.

Tony Allen can't shoot and be exploited come playoff time.

JaMychal Green will likely also want a big payoff.

Boris Diaw if he's going to get paid veteran minimum. Bring the 2014 gang back together!

I think PATFO will unload both Aldridge and Murray. It's in the cards, both players can't shoot!

BTW, do you realize that Pau is not in your list. Meaning that likely all slots are filled or Paul is on a two-way contract.

Given all the young players in this team, Spurs are not likely to leave the 15th spot open. That will be filled by a veteran big.

Why in the world would the Cavs do this???? No way they do that. It would take a lot more than a straight up trade.
Has this even been reported outside of some moron on YouTube?

yeah this seems like BS. Makes no sense only if Irving wants out and is forcing a trade to Spurs. I would guess if it say happened Murray/LMA for Kyrie Irving. I would guess the Cavs would than sign Derrick Rose.

We're a big away (counting Pau) from completing the roster.

Any news on Multinov? Willie Green would be good too.
