I have no problem with what the teacher did. The creativity is there. He's using popular culture, somewhat, to try to relate to students. Anyone in a teaching position know how hard it is to reach kids and make an impact. Teaching life lessons is like giving away food to the masses and one and only one is thankful and that one makes a difference. Even if that article reached one kid it was worth it tbh. I must say hopefully there's an example aimed towards other demographics but all in all I understand what the teacher was doing.
I met Derrick White on Friday night. Came into town to visit family and wound up going to The Pearl with some old friends. Went to a bar called Blue Box Bar and he was there with his girl and another guy. Shook his hand, told him I was a big Spurs fan, said welcome to SA, yada yada. A little shorter than I imagined (I was taller than him by about an inch). Seemed like a nice enough dude though. Didn't turn away my daughter so he's one-up on Kawhi

He did it fair and square, maybe. But he loaded his team, and got lucky. He didnt work for it. He hit the reset button on the game. Exactly what you shouldnt be teaching anyone. Seems like your teachers were not very good tbh
KD and Jordan worked for it just the same. The difference is KD left his team to get help while Jordan had help come to him. Granted KD went to the team who kicked his ass but thats all in the past because it worked. Anything said now is propaganda and sour grapes.
