We definitely could have used him. If nothing else, he would have frustrated Zach Randolph.
People forget that he didn't play the other night. If he had played, we would've won that game. Don't tell me he wouldn't have made at least a one point difference.

What has he done when he has played? I'm not sure he was all that effective in the first 3 games except in garbage time. I might be wrong.
Lmfao the Spurs actually got to a good start, unlike 90% of the games in which he starts. It was the second unit that blew it.
The Spurs would have lost in regulation if Deadman were playing tbh.
Javale McGee is #1 in Playoff PER with 43.4.... Kawhi is #2 with 38.4
Buford had a chance to sign him, but he picked the ty player that didn't start playing till he was 24(?) and is only in the league because he's tall.
Wow. Completely didn't occur to me that game. That's probably correct.
Surprised Pop didn't put him in with a bench unit.
He was in a suit brah. Illness.
He can protect the rim better than a lot of guys on the team. So can Bertans surprisingly. Problem is it seems like Pop starts him but doesn't hardly rotate him in after the first quarter.
Dedmon wasn't the reason we lost. Kawhi's trash ass teammates going 2-20 from three, Ginobili looking like I'd rather have a traffic cone on the court instead of him, Aldridge looking like Joel Anthony out there etc is what cost us this game. Spurs are done. Memphis backdoor sweeps.
Cant believe people didn't notice this while Conley was going to the rack uncontested the other night. Don't think people realise how important Dedmon is - he's as good as any rim protector in the league & he brings us a massive edge with his aggression & compe iveness.
We win with dedmon.
Yep. And The team rarely runs an oop for him. I am not on the CP3 bandwagon as many are; however if we had CP3, he would immediately turn Deadman into DJordan with a good free-throw shot. Involving Deadman in the offense really seems to get him going. I think it gets his head in the game and helps his D, too. Knowing he may get a few opportunities on O makes him less reckless on D, hoping to make a play to impress Pop and get more minutes. Just what I think.
You guys are aware they are without Tony Allen and Chandler Parsons? We are in no position to make excuses.
He should be on a street corner panhandling tbh.
who forgot?
Tony Allen is one thing but Parsons is useless.
Pop diminishing his value so he can be re-signed cheap...
What happened? Why is he in the doghouse?
Because after last game, a reporter pretty much insinuated that Pop should play him more....That cemented Dedmon being benched this game unless we get blown ouy
outspoken black man, tbh
