We'll be saying the same about Simmons when he leaves as well.
So which one of these players would you rather have wearing the silver and black? I thought it was a shame that the Spurs let JaMychal get away like they did.

Johnathan Simmons is incredibly underrated...and i think how inconsistently pop plays him is why he is so indecisive on the court
Should the Spurs have kept JaMychal? How would he fit into the Spurs rotation?
Green never stopped or slowed down Kawhi and was getting open shots by design. Meh.

Jonathon Simmons has 4 daughters to feed.
If Spurs get past Houston, Simmons could be a huge factor against the Warriors.
His athleticism could make the difference.

It's hard for Simmons to contribute when he doesn't get minutes. -- However, I haven't seen much improvement from him in the little he has played. It sucks when your best game was the first one of the season.
Well Spurs called up Green before they called up Simmons.
Green is better simply because he's bigger. Spurs had to give up Green so to have enough room for Aldridge.
In hindsight, maybe not a good move.
It's pretty clear there's something you want to hear. Why not just say it yourself?
Green is definitely better, but the Spurs wouldn't trade Simmons for JaMychal right now cause the Spurs are so thin on the wing and deep in the frontcourt.
I would much rather have Green than Lee long term obv.
I hope they both get paid this summer. They each deserve it.
