Heard on the radio they were huge buddies. Both were big time fishermen and would go to crazy, remote places to fish. I wonder if he used his plane for that and was on on a fishing trip when he had the accident.

Wondered about that myself. He could have seen some good water, tried to land and flipped the plane, knocked himself out and drowned. of a way to find virgin fishing ground, hard way to go though. Better than dying of cancer.
