They have the following top 5:
1. Hugh Jackman
2. Heath Ledger
3. Christopher Reeve
4. Robert Downey Jr
5. Patrick Stewart
I like Stewart as Prof X but I thought Ian's Magneto was better.
I have Reeve at #1, Downey #2, Ledger #3, Gene Hackman (Luthor) #4, Jackman #5.
What say you

I think it's Ledger for me. Although it was just one movie and he got to act crazy.
Ledger's joker is overrated. He didn't capture the essence of the joker whatsoever. Jack Nicholson's joker was 100000000000 times better. If he is just supposed to play a serial killer then okay but he didn't do the Joker justice.
I have a lot of issues with that list.
And Nicholson's did?!?!?
IDK. It's a great performance. Regardless of whether he was true to the Joker or not.
A lot closer. The joker was a prankster that used silly gags and crap. Jack was that over the top guy with the gags and outlandish suit and stuff like that. He was closer than Ledger.
Very good performance. Just not as the Joker.
Jackman IS Wolverine
The original Joker was actually closer to Ledger's
He became goofy because of Murica's comic moral code
Then they made him psycho agsin
OG Batman killed too
The original Joker IS the comic Joker though. , if we go that route then Luke Skywalker is the ultimate Joker. He does the best.
I forgot about D'Onofrio as Kingpin
Awesome villain
Madame Gao and Cottonmouth are good too
Forgot Adam West. He just looks like a dark Knight
Ledger's Joker is the greatest performance in any comic book movie ever. Who gives a if he used wacky gadgets or not? He was funny and terrifying. That pencil gag was hilarious. The list doesn't appear to be going by individual movies, so Jackman being #1 is fine by me, especially after Logan.
gay
"He didn't capture the essence of the Joker" like we're talking about ing Atticus Finch here it's a psychopath who dresses like a clown that chases after a deranged billionaire with a God complex. I'm guessing it's open to interpretation.
Dude, you ever thought of you actually doing something other than bugging everyone? I started so many threads I got in trouble for it, you ever going to start a thread or just leech off everyone else?
Shut the up pinked old got, you "got in trouble" because all your threads were irrelevant garbage
Ledger pulled the unthinkable: winning an oscar for a superhero movie performance. This shouldn't even be debatable.
& he wouldn't have won the damn thing had he not committed sideways.
I don't count posthumous awards other than for intrepidity tbh.
I like Robert Downey Jr, dude has everything you need in a great actor except the role, but there aren't many superheroes who fit the mold of the original better than Captain America. Wolverine would be one of the few. Jackman is the GOAT.
Nah, he was spectacular.
