Why not do a sign and trade for Grizzlies JaMychal Green. If I recall Pop stated he regretted letting him go or something like that.

Don't see the Spurs trading away Murray in a deal that is already fair enough.
If it's for Marc Gasol, then it certainly is fair enough.
Because he's like five or six times better than ing JaMychal

This is the big question. I think it depends on how he plays this year. If he has a strong year, he opts out for a big payday. If he doesn't, then maybe he holds on for one more year. There isn't going to be a lot of teams with cap space, so he'll need an all star season to get the big contract.
If anything, better for the Grizz. One less bloated year on LMA's contract.
Would a Gasol brothers towers even work in todays NBA? Duncan and Robinson was amazing. Marc and Pau, hmmm.
I'm thinking they will use Kyle as a sweetner...... that way Memphis will save money not having to re-sign J. Green for some crazy price and have Lamarcus off the books next year.
We don't trade him and he ops out next year. Why do it if you are the Grizzlies? If they trade Gasol it will be for a younger player or someone that can help them rebuild. We have to roll with the current squad and hope we can sign a free agent or be part of a team deal that is looking to unload players to land one of them LeBrons that wont come to San Antonio
I predict he opts out and signs with Houston for a similar contract after they unload Anderson for him.

If Spurs are getting Marc, I don't think Pau has much of a role anymore. Memphis gets to dump Conleys contract and have Parker (4 time NBA Champion, 1 Finals MVP) on the cheap.
