This current stay has nothing to do with the merits of his case though. Purely administrative since they granted an expedited appeal for the prelim injunction. Not sure when that hearing date is set. But that SHOULD decide his fate for the season. Not a big fan of the odds since the 2nd circuit is the same one that took a dump on Brady

Appeals hearing set for Dec 1. So hes missing at least those 3 games. Appeal will seal his fate for the season
