Great ing game. Haven't been this encouraged about a Texas team in years. Lot's of stuff to build on
The next two weeks will be better barometers for where Texas is at. This is certainly a huge step in the right direction.
Running Ehlinger when you have Warren is stupid. Just awful play calling.
There was a lot of awful play calling...but a lot of great calls too. Hopefully they find the middle over the next few weeks
I don't understand why Porter gets so much PT. He's not very good.
Don't you know? The Longhorns are the Texans. O'Brien keep playing Lamar Miller even though good things happen when Foreman gets the ball
Amazing heart shown by Texas tonight...the defense, Ehlinger, and Collin Johnson played their asses off. Ehlinger made some great throws tonight, but he needs to get better in the pocket. All his success came from roll-outs, which teams will adjust to. With that being said he's just a kid, and he showed some brass balls in the 4th qtr and overtime.
The most underrated play of the game was Darnold's second throw (I think) of the final drive in regulation. There was a Texas rusher completely unblocked coming off the edge and it looked like a sure-sack that probably would've ended the game, but he stepped up and threw a perfect jump-pass (even leading his receiver) to a guy who was well-covered. Combine that with his 2 perfect overtime throws (the TD and near-TD) and his play all of last year and this is a can't-miss QB prospect. He chucks it a bunch so his INT's are a little too high, but he's got every quality you could want in a franchise QB.
Now that the Buffalo Bills have already avoided an 0-16 season (and 0-6 in the division), you can bet your ass I will be rooting hard for 1-15 and the first overall pick in the draft.
All that aside, what an incredible CFB game.

Did you see the quick take of that Rebs fan after the pick-6? straight-up looked like he was roasting a bowl
I missed it.
That was some of the worst play-calling and clock management I've seen in awhile...smh Ole Miss
Can't argue with that. Also not even block the defender on 4th down. Too many dumb mistakes in this game for the Rebels.
Stanford on upset alert.
San Diego State leads #19 Stanford 20-17 with 54 seconds.
Chryst with another interception. San Diego State takes down Stanford.
Penn St will jump USC in the polls. Oklahoma State deserves to be ahead of Michigan and OSU imo...Clemson should also be ranked #1 since they've shown no regression and have 2 impressive wins already.
