RT certified "fresh" is what I heard on the one trailer. If I cared enough I might have looked into the disparity of claims. But if anyone wants to inform me on it, that's cool.

Apparently it's a big metaphor for the earth, and mankind's pollution of it. So naturally the right takes offense at such outrageous claims like "mankind might be responsible for damaging the planet in some way".
