What I believe or don't believe on that point is not consequential to the debate at hand.
Actually, the only argument you have presented is what you believe. You can't backtrack from that.

We already have electronic voting. Do you mean online voting? We have that too. Are you afraid it would be hacked?
Are you for electronic voting? Online voting? Hybrid thereof?

Thanks for pointing out facts I've already presented. Are you for electronic voting?
You'll have to be more specific. I'm generally for more forms of voting if it proves decently secure. If you have a fear, state it.

You must be losing again; you're making nonspecific claims.

    You asked a nonspecific question.

Are you for electronic voting in any capacity?
You haven't even said what you mean by it.

Decently secure? WTF is that? Electronic voting is never secure. Manipulation, electronic "malfunctions", etc. are always possibilities.

Electronic voting in any capacity is clear given the question.

They're possibilities in punch card elections too.

Not really, but you have an answer to match it.

Sure, there's a possibility that an idiot doesn't know how to punch the card in the right hole. Hardly a concern.

Wrong. There is a possibility for fraud.

And how is a card reader not electronic?

There's a possibility for fraud in anything; that's a weak argument.

See, you love these electronic voting systems even as you're trying to cry that they were hacked. You must not believe very strongly that they were truly hacked, then.

And are you for foreigners hacking the US to influence its elections?
