Chelsea Manning, the former Army soldier who was convicted of leaking several hundred thousand government do ents to the media, claimed Monday that Canada will not allow her to enter its country.
Manning, who served under her birth name Bradley Manning, has transitioned into a female iden y in recent years and had her 35-year sentence commuted by former President Barack Obama in January. She posted an image of a do ent on her Twitter account Monday that purportedly showed that she is essentially banned from entering Canada:
